Day 1 • Arrival in Atlanta, GA
Flight to Atlanta. Time difference: -6 hours. Transfer to your downtown hotel.
Free time at the end of the day to get acquainted with the city, home to the Coca-Cola headquarters and museum, the birthplace of Martin Luther King, and the Georgia Aquarium, the largest in the country.
Overnight in Atlanta.

TRAVEL & RENTAL FORMALITIES
- Valid passport.
- Electronic travel authorization (ESTA) required: indicative price 40 USD / person.
- Credit card required in each rider's name (deposit for the motorcycle and in hotels).
- Motorcycle driving license (category A). International permit is a plus but not mandatory.

The prices shown in the table are indicative. They may vary depending on travel dates, accommodation choice and availability, and booking timing. The final price will be stated in the proposal we send you.
When to go?
This itinerary can be done year-round, but the ideal period runs from April to mid-November. Some roads may be closed (even temporarily) in winter or shoulder seasons due to snow, notably in the Great Smoky Mountains, on the Blue Ridge Parkway or in Shenandoah. During 'foliage' season (generally mid-October to mid-November), the colors are spectacular! The route may therefore be partially modified depending on the travel period. Please contact us.
Rooms in the USA
Except in major cities, hotel room prices vary little depending on occupancy. Bed sizes are indicative. Most hotels allow a maximum of 4 persons per room (2 beds).
Riding in the USA
No particular risk — riding is easy. At intersections without traffic lights, the rule is 'first come, first served.' There is no right-of-way from the right: you depart based on arrival order. By default, you may turn right at a red light, but you do not have priority. Distances are measured in miles (1 mile = 1.6 km), speeds in mph. Speeding fines are heavy...
