Overview: The Grand Tour of New Zealand
An exclusive guided tour to the ends of the earth, to the land of the Kiwis. After an overnight stopover and a brief visit to Singapore, the city of Christchurch will be the starting point for our exploration of the South Island. Welcome to the New Zealand Alps, with their extraordinary, fabulous landscapes—such as Milford Sound—which we’ll explore on a short cruise. Majestic fjords, snow-capped peaks, vast beaches, and dreamlike roads are all on the itinerary. After visiting the vineyards of the Marlborough region, we’ll cross the Cook Strait for a journey through the North Island—the cradle of Māori culture and a land of volcanoes, with a milder climate.
