That’s why, before you arrive on Canadian or American soil, we share your trip details with our local French-speaking partner We West (reservations, vouchers, documents, notes, passport copies…).

If something happens during your trip, you’re in good hands! In addition to assistance (8am to 8pm), We West also offers a basic concierge service (more comprehensive options are available as add-ons).
